Comment: This is the first time I have used Singing Bowls to enhance meditation and prayer time. Each selection is about 28 minutes long with some intervals marked with just a "bell". What a gift to not need a watch! The wind chimes that begin each selection help me focus more quickly and the blend of songs and sounds that follow are exquisite.

Comment: I am a yoga teacher and a fellow teacher played this toward the end of class. Had to buy a copy for myself. I have used it in my own class and I get a lot of very positive feedback from my students. I also play it when I meditate. AHHHHHh!
