No matter what you're cooking, you're guaranteed quick and even heat distribution, easy food release, and simple cleaning, thanks to the pan's three layers: an aluminum core, a hard-anodized exterior, and a reinforced nonstick surface. The aluminum core provides rapid heat conduction, while the hard-anodized exterior increases the griddle's durability. Summary: Too shallow and hard to clean
Comment: this pan is too shallow to use for anything but eggs. It is too steep sided to really make and toss a crepe. It is of nice quality and the nonstick surface appears nice however this pan lacks multi functional use. I have no clue where all these glowing reviews come from.

Summary: Huge difference!
Comment: Before I purchased this pan, I tried to cook crepes in a regular skillet. They were delicious but I was embarassed to serve them because they looked terrible. I couldn't get them to turn over without tearing. So, while skeptical (because I thought the problem was just me not knowing how), I purchased this crepe pan. Wow...it made a huge difference! Between this pan and my new Chef'n ZipFlip Small Turner, I have been able to make delicious and beautiful crepes every time.

Comment: My wife has always said all non-stick pans are the same until I bought this for her. It's solid, the handle has not gotten hot yet, and it continues to be non-stick. I do wish that we could put it in the dishwasher.
