Recently I purchased every nail hardener I could find and put them to the test. After years of thin, brittle nails, I have found that Nailtiques #2 helps harden my nails allowing for longer fingernails than I´ve had in years along with staying power. With all of the water I contact as a doctor AND the computer time I put in, most hardeners flake off quickly.

Apply a single coat of Nailtiques #2. Reapply daily over existing coats of nail protein until your nails improve and become stronger.

Remove weekly or as needed with non-acetone nail polish.

Nailtiques Formula Fix Formula #2 Kit comes with 1/2 oz. Nailtiques Formula #2 and the 1/2 oz. Formula Fix With Protein.

Add 2-3 drops of Formula Fix to your bottle of Nailtiques #2 if it becomes too thick to apply.

Summary: Does what it's supposed to do
Comment: I didn't believe I would ever have strong nails but I've been using Nailtiques for several months and my nails look beautiful - for the first time in my adult life. The only drawback is that the product seems to have yellowed my nails slightly, something I have never experienced before. I use one coat of a pale pink polish with the Nailtiques and the yellowing is not noticeable.

Summary: Love this stuff!
Comment: I'm 35 years old and have always had thin, brittle, ugly nails! A friend of mine recommended Nailtiques, and my nails are growing! I originally bought the kit with the oil therapy and cuticle gel included.
I am now ready to buy my second bottle of nail protein. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the protein does tend to get thick over time. I'm gonna get the protein fix so that I can thin it out when necessary.
If you're thinking about buying this, do it! Use as directed, and you will be happy with your nails!
