Comment: I highly recommend this product to safely relieve mood swings and hot flashes associated with menopause! Remifemin was recommended to me by my OB/GYN seven years ago as a safe alternative to hormone therapy for those women approaching and going through menopause who have had cancer and/or do not want traditional hormone therapy. She had done quite a bit of research and said that Remifemin is the only product she recommends because it comes from Germany where they regulate their herbs just like their drugs in quantity/quality testing and one must have the exact amount each dosage for it to work effectively. Note: Remember to follow the package recommendations of going off it for at least one week a year to prevent excessive buildup in the system which can result in flu-like symptoms (you will know if you forget!).
