Summary: Nice shirt at a nice price
Comment: The shirts arrived the next day after I ordered them. Arrow makes a very nice shirt, and the Dress Shirt Group did a top notch job handling the order. The only suggestion I have about every dress shirt is that they stop sewing in that little tag along the neck line of the shirt. The tag is quite irritating to the neck, and I always remove them. Someone at the shirt-making companies should have figured this out long ago and remedied it. I notice that in the pictures of a shirt in every ad, this tag is removed, although the tag in the upper back of the shirt is not removed in the ads.

Summary: Poor Quality Collars
Comment: The company is great. Shipped quickly. Price point was great. I would never buy another ARROW shirt. I wore it once, washed it...the collar puckered. I could see that happening on a cheap shirt..but these shirts are normally in the $30 range. It lived up to the name wrinkle-free, tho.
I bought 2, wore and washed 1...sent both shirts back. It's hard to find a good shirt with collars that won't pucker after washing.

Comment: Great dress shirts. They're thick in fabric, and comfortable to wear. Great product sold by wonderful people. Everything went fine without a hitch and they even corrected an error regarding my order within just a few hours, and to top that off, these fine people even upgraded my shipping to overnight for no additional fee...
