Comment: I like the size of these capsules -- nice & small (I have trouble taking puills). as far as their effectiveness -- I'm still waiting to see results, but don't see any difference in my weak nails yet. I'll give this a little more time to work!

I bought Biotin mainly for my nails. I can truely say.. I think.. it works. I bite my nails nonstop and when i started using it i felt my nails were growing back faster and harder. It is great tha t this is 5mg and not a 3mg bottle. The only recommendation I have since this sells directly from swanson, is to buy more than one to save on shipping.
