Comment: I like this video, but it is very, very easy. If you are experienced, you might not find it challenging enough. But it is a nice re-introduction to yoga if you've taken a bit of time off after birth.

Comment: I bought this video right after giving birth to my son and it helped me feel better about my healing body and regaining flexibility. I had never done yoga before and appreciated the three different ladies I could follow as my flexibility and confidence increased. We're hoping to get pregnant again soon and I will be buying Shiva Rea's prenatal yoga dvd.

Comment: Shiva Rea is a fantastic instructor and really does a nice job putting together this DVD. For some reason, none of the workouts fit my recovery from birth. The first workout was too difficult, then too easy, then the next ones never seemed to fit. I'm not sure what happened with this DVD, but I loved her prenatal workout.

Comment: I found this to be as of high-quality as the other Shiva Rea yoga videos, albeit a bit easy.

However, a number of other reviewers referenced a massage in their reviews. My DVD did not come with any massage guide.
