Customer Reviews:
Customer Rating: Summary: DRY YAKI SOBA IS NOT RAMEN Comment: as any asian knows, Ramen is noodles with soup
this is Yaki soba, Dry noodles done in frying pan wiht no soup.
MAKE SURE IT IS MADE IN JAPAN or you are wasting time and money.
for Most people, the included yaki soba sauce is Too sweet.
and the taste will last in yoru mouth for 2 days, as well as
your burps.
one can correct the taste if you wish to bring it to more
accurate Osaka restaurant tastes.
ADD LESS SAUCE, and put in a pinch of Salt,
and a teaspoon of GOOD SOY SAUCE, such as YAMASA brand.
do NOT overdo it, with excessive extras,
add just a bit of onion, a bit of chopped cabbage,
some bit s of sprout, and if you want animals ,
you can add bits of shrimp,
or cheeken, or whatever.
it is one of the most well made instant type
Yaki soba Japan has made, with reputation of over 30 yrs now
one can sprinkle a tiny bit of
SHICHI MI or red chilli too, if one prefers.
