Comment: We like the brown rice flour as we feel we get a little nutrition with it. Rice flour browns and crisps nicely. It makes a fabulous fried chicken and pancakes are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Being gluten-free is not such a bad thing. Some things even taste better.

Comment: Ordinarily I like to make flour if I only need a little bit of something. For example, Red #2 winter wheat makes good whole wheat flour if you have the proper tool. But my wife likes to assemble ingredients without making a big mess, and this flour is very convenient. It comes in 4 separate packages, so you don't have to expose all of it to the air at once. The company makes a number of organic products, including several that were useful for gluten-free baking. The product is excellent and the shipping was prompt.

Comment: most of these packages came with holes in the plastic, and wierd cobwebby 'dust' around the openings - and winged bugs! i threw the bad ones out, but the 'good' one soon developed the same symptoms. it was disgusting.
what a waste! amazon should really list an expiration date for these type of products. yuck!
