Comment: As noted by other reviewers of this product, not all of the pieces of bean/dehydrated veg were softened after eight minutes (the amount of time suggested by the manufacturer). I think I will add two minutes to the suggested time and see if that's enough to get those recalcitrant bits to soften up a little. It's a shame, really, as the soup is pretty tasty!
