Summary: Does not solve the whole problem
Comment: Not a high star product. I tried to modify my initial valuation of 4 stars, but this site does not let me. It should only be 2 stars. The reason is that the guarantee does not cover stains caused by bodily fluids. What does it protect agains, if it is not that?!!!!
We have a young child that is potty trained at night, but has accidents occasionally. We bought this product, because we thought it would be comfortable for her to sleep on it and if an accident occurred, we could wash it easily in the washer. But we soon discovered that the product has a small flaw: if our daughter sleeps close to one of the mattress borders and has an accident, the sides are made of nylon and allows the urine to soak into the matress. We had assumed the ENTIRE mattress the comfort shield covered would be protected. Then again, we did not find a better alternative, and are buying a second one. But I hope that the makers of this products read this and make a comfort shield that protects the sides too.
