Summary: It is easy to use and it works!
Comment: I've purchased some of them for my dad. I haven't seen him when using them but when I asked him if he likes it he said it is good and it works! His nose needs and operation to be open enough when breathing but he does not what to do operation but with this product he feels perfectly fine. Before finding it, he was always keeping the nose open for easier breathing with hands and he had always problem when sleeping.

Summary: Ended my congestion woes!
Comment: Since I've been pregnant the last couple of months, I've apparently developed a permanently stuffy nose. Not sure if it's swollen nasal passages, more mucous production, or both, but the end result is that I can't breathe through my nose at night and I'm always waking up with a sore throat.

I was skeptically browsing for vaporizers (since a humidifier didn't help) and decided to try Breathe Right. Most people associate them with snoring; I had no idea of whether or not it could cut through congestion.

Wow, does it! I can't believe how I'm breathing deeply through my nose again at night. No more sore throat, no more breathing discomfort. It holds my nasal passages open far enough that I'm able to breathe fine, despite the effects of the pregnancy.

Out of all the nighttime pregnancy discomfort that I have to look forward to over the next several months, I'm completely thrilled that breathing difficulty won't be one of my issues!

I highly recommend for nighttime congestion!

Comment: I had trouble breathing at night for years because of allergies so I was a bit skeptical, but this product actually does what it says. It opens up your nasal passages so you can breath. You can't use any cream on your face when you go to sleep, naturally, but other than that I was amazed. I tried to save money by getting no-name brands of the same thing but they just don't stick. I don't know about snoring but it works great if all you need to do is breath. Wish I could wear it to work, haha!

Summary: I am a snorer, but these strips help.
Comment: Yep, I sometimes keep my girlfriend up at night with my snoring. Not every night, but enough for me to look for a product like this. I've been using these off and on for the past 6 months, and these strips help me quite a bit at night - not only with the snoring, but I've found they also help with my allergies. My nose is clearer in the morning (from breathing easier, I assume), and my spring hayfever seems to be better the following day as a result.

Do these stop the snoring? No. Do they help reduce the loud, aggravating, "Wake up, you're snoring again!" moments? In my experience, yes. Enough to keep buying them, and for my girlfriend to stop bugging me about the snoring. Try a box for yourself, and see how you do.

Summary: The version with Vic's is better
Comment: So, this is not a "miracle product" but it does a decent job of minimizing snoring. The regular Breathe Right strips deserve about a 3 star rating, because the reduction of noise is still apparent, but it is not the perfect product. Bottom line, don't expect miracles, but if you would like an affordable way to achieve snore reduction and are not a fan of the vapor rub smell, this product would be it.
