Comment: This salt has a great flavor. And, a little goes a long way. I was very pleased with my order from DAS Salt/DAS Foods - fast shipping, great product, pleasant thank you note and samples included with my order. Although it's not inexpensive, an order of gourmet salts is well worth it from this company. I will be trying other varieties soon.

Comment: This is the salt that started the whole fancy salt craze, go to any fancy gourmet store this days and you will find 20+ varieties of exotic salts from Hawaii to Tibet (yes Tibet...go figure!) with every color shade from grey to pink. If you ask me, that's the only Salt you need in your pantry, this is the real thing! Harvested by hand in Guerande, France and dried under the sun, a little crystal on your tongue is like breathing the fresh marine air of Brittany. Use it on cooked scallops, fish and even meat and it will take your food to another level. Highly recommended by a Private Chef and many many Celebrity chefs out there.

Comment: Fleur de Sel is the best finishing salt there is. Don't use Fleur de Sel in a soup, but on a crisp salad or on sprinkled on a soft-boiled egg. You want to taste it not melt it. It's worth the money! My favorite is a raw freshly rinsed raddish dipped in the Fleur de Sel it's the perfect combination!
