Summary: Not bad, but not great...
Comment: This is a much better alternative to Cauliflower mash, but no where near the real thing. It was just very grainy feeling. Not as smooth as real mashed potatoes. But if you MUST stay away from the carbs of real mashed potatoes - there's no other choice that I know of.
