Comment: The mask is very stiff and scratchy plastic. I think if you put a washcloth over your eyes, then the cold mask, it would help a migraine.

Comment: Sure, cold teabags will work in a pinch, but then you have to brew the tea and wait for the tea bags to cool. This is a much better solution unless you have slices of cold cucumber just hanging around in the refrigerator.

This style works best if you have a general need for cooling around your eyes. This doesn't press directly onto your eyelids like other styles. (Pearl Ice cooling Mask is a good example of a direct eye cooling mask)

The cold in this mask focuses around the eye unless you move it up slightly and press the mask onto each eyelid.

This eye mask seems better suited for headaches and can work quite well when adjusted to fit on your forehead or turned around to cool down the back of your head and neck.

Keep this in the refrigerator for instant relief. If you put it in the freezer, it can split open, so it is not recommended. It is cold enough from the refrigerator. Cold essential for headaches and around the eye care.
