Comment: At last a sweetener made without dangerous chemical that doesn't negatively impact blood sugar levels for diabetics. What took so long to produce a safe, natural product that doesn't leave a disgusting after taste? Sun Crystals are well worth the price.

Comment: I bought a box of Sun Crystals 250 count online because I was tired of going to Whole Foods and buying a box of 30.
Best purchase I've made online.
The crystals have a nice crunchy taste to it when you pick it up on your spoon. Zero aftertaste. Good in cold food products not hot.

Summary: The price is not so sweet
Comment: Sun Crystals has a pleasant taste and has the texture (somewhat) of sugar but is not as sweet as aspartame or Splenda so you'll have to use more to equal the sweetness. $21 - $25 for a box is just too much to spend when the acceptable alternatives are so much cheaper. Plus it does contain a small amount of carbs so if you're counting carbs you have to consider that as well. I would not buy again.

Comment: I purchased Sun Crystals for my husband since he is a diabetic. The other sugar replacements/sweetners have an unacceptable taste. This has nearly no taste, but we have to use 4 packets for a Mug Size of Coffee or Tea. I will be purchasing again when we run out. Unfortunately it does not come in a baking size and I do not know if the sweetness will hold up under the heat of baking. Thanks
