Comment: This was easy to hook up and works great for our satellite system. The only problem was that this can not be hooked up to any surge protectors, which makes sense, so it took a little time to move around items. Highly recommend.

Summary: Wonderful Invention
Comment: This product saved me considerable time and expense. I needed a phone jack that was near my TV and satellite hookup. Unfortunately the nearest one was a room away. The satellite people came and estimated the project. They were going to have to run a cable on the exterior of my house for a considerable distance which would show up against the color of the house. The installer recommended a product such as this instead. It works great.

Comment: Here is the one big rule you need to follow, follow the instructions and plug THEM directly into the wall outlet. Even a little 3-way adapter will act as a noise antenna. Also think about what may be near the adapters in making good choices or changes. I used it to connect my HP Officejet fax to a line. I am completely satisfied with this product.

Comment: I purchased the Easy Jack 2 base and extension to replace an earlier version of this product. The original Easy Jack set was destroyed by a nearby lightning strike after working perfectly for almost 5 years.

Simple and quick to setup, I've had no trouble making 28K modem connections every day. This product works as claimed. If there's no way to run a telephone line, then this is the device to use.

Summary: Works Right Out of the Box
Comment: After being hounded by my satellite company to connect all my DISH receivers, I decided to give this product a go based on price and good reviews here. As promoted, it worked right out of the box and truly couldn't be easier solution for providing data connection where no wiring exists. Only caveat for me was my DSL would not work until I installed a filter between the base unit and my wall connection. Highly recommended as a simple and cost effective solution.
