Pure stevia is intensely sweet, so a little goes a long way! Note: These packets are about the size of salt & pepper packets - smaller than regular sugar packets. One packet = 2 tsp. sugar

Summary: didn't care for
Comment: I was trying to replace spenda in my diet. This sweetner left me with a nausiating feeling. I didn't return it, but did throw it away. It may have been the concentration of this product, but I couldn't get the right amount right in my coffee or oatmeal
