Summary: Exceptional but watch the ingredients
Comment: High protein soy presents a basic problem in a bar, because saliva does a poor job of 'wetting' since mouth enzymes do not digest it (It has to get into your stomach acid first.). But Soyjoy beats several other bars I have tried in making the protein palatable with a judicious mixture of other tasty ingredients. The bars are actually quite good, though they do not compete if you're seeking the sweet candy rush leading to palpitations followed by hyperglycemic drowsiness. Would be nice if they listed ingredients, though. Apple is good, but at least one of the other flavors has papaya juice, which bothers the digestion of some people.

Comment: I tried these because I work very early in the morning and needed something I could just stick in my desk. They are surprisingly filling, small bar, but I was not hungry,even at lunchtime. They are not candy flavored cookie bars, they just do the job.

Summary: One of the better soyjoy bars
Comment: I'm a big fan of soyjoy as an at-work snack. They're a little smaller than most energy bars, with only 130 calories each. While the "value" for the money may be less, I find that this bar is a better size than some of the larger alternatives.

Of the flavors I have tried I would rank them in order as:

1) strawberry
2) apple
3) berry
4) mango coconut
