Summary: Great if you like raisins and cardboard
Comment: First of all, these aren't vegan. I just assumed they were, with a name like SoyJoy. But that's my fault for not reading the label.

Second, if you dislike raisins you should close this page now. Every single variety of SoyJoy bars contains raisins and boy can you taste 'em. Aside from a dry and tasteless crumble, that's about all you can expect as far as flavor goes.

I've been vegan for nearly a decade, I eat pretty healthy and probably eat too much soy. I looked to these because they at least claimed to be not overly processed soy. After tasting them though, even if they were vegan, I wouldn't bother again.

If you're looking for a tasty, healthy snack bar stick to Larabar.

Summary: My favorite health bar
Comment: I've tried a lot of "health bars," since I am lazy and want something that's quick but am also a busy bike commuter who needs to eat healthy things. SoyJoy is my absolute favorite. I usually have a pretty big sweet tooth, and was concerned about SoyJoy being low in sugar, but it is the perfect amount of sweetness. I was also concerned that SoyJoy's tiny little bars wouldn't sate my giant hunger, but they do! It's amazing because it's the only health bar I've found that is both delicious and keeps me full for hours. Best ever.

Summary: One of the better soyjoy bars
Comment: I'm a big fan of soyjoy as an at-work snack. They're a little smaller than most energy bars, with only 130 calories each. While the "value" for the money may be less, I find that this bar is a better size than some of the larger alternatives.

Of the flavors I have tried I would rank them in order as:

1) strawberry
2) apple
3) berry
4) mango coconut

Summary: Boring, Tasteless, Unfulfilling Snack
Comment: I am sure SoyJoy is a pretty healthy snack. It's made with whole soy and dried fruit. But it has absolutely no taste whatsoever. It is a very boring, tasteless, unfulfilling snack. I prefer grains or granola that fills you up a little bit and has a little flavor compared to this pretty bland soy/fruit bar.
