Summary: I love these bars!
Comment: A friend introduced me to Kind bars last winter. I have tried quite a few of the varieties and like nearly every one. These nut bars are very satisfying. I am dieting (24 lbs. in less than 3 1/2 months), but even at 200 calories a bar, I can fit one in every few days and not feel the slightest bit guilty. Amazon is the best place I know of to buy these. You get a better price than any store I've seen (unless you can catch the bars on a really good sale), plus no tax (or shipping, if you buy 2 boxes :) You can even set up interval shipments for an even lower cost, but I'm not quite ready for that. As I recall, though, I did have to go to a different website to get the nutrition information I needed. Look these bars up - you'll be impressed with what they contain (and don't contain), plus you'll be helping the charity they help fund.
