Summary: value priced motion lighting, battery life not so good
Comment: does its job of turning on when approached from about 6-10 feet away. Because of the opaque white cover, the light is dimmer than you would expect. there are 4 led bulbs inside that turn on. Unfortunately, they turn on even in the daytime or in lighted areas so it wastes the battery. In retrospect, I would go for Globe locker lights which only turn on when it is dark, are brighter, and have longer battery life. however these are a lot cheaper and more visually appealling (black and white; the globe locker lights are a terrible green or orange). I put a couple at the front door entrance and in my bathroom and kitchen pantry. Expect the battery to last about 2-4 months. hope this helps
