Comment: I love this product. I use it as a sweetener instead of one the artificial sweeteners. It tastes wonderful. For every cup of sugar I subsitute 3/4 cup of agave. I even started using it on my pancakes instead of sugar free syrup. I've taken careful notes on my sugar levels before and after using agave and found that it does not raise my blood sugar level. I highly recommend it.
