Summary: Makes a great gift
Comment: I recently went on vacation with my extended family and all of the women loved the fact that our lodges put hot water bottles in the beds at night. I thought this would make a funny gift for Christmas and it was a huge hit. The bottle first got laughs and then a whole lot of use (New England winters can be cold).

This was absolutely worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone whose feet cannot seems to warm up at night, no matter how many blankets you throw on.

Comment: I could buy an electric blanket but it's more costly and not nearly as "snuggly" as this lovely hot water bottle! I wouldn't be without it during these freezing winter months. p.s. the cat loves it!

Summary: How DID they do that?
Comment: As I sit and write this, my feet are warm for the first time in days, thanks to this lovely hot water bottle. I had forgotten the wonders of low tech in the cold of a New England winter. I did find just one little problem with this little gem. Somehow they have managed to get the bottle inside the little pink cozy with no apparent way to remove the jacket for washing. Mine got wet (of course) while I was filling the bottle, so I had to take the dress making shears to it!

Minus one star for having to cut the jacket off the bottle! (Who engineered this thing, anyway?) Lovely, but don't pay extra for it.
