Summary: Tongue of shoe slips below laces!!!
Comment: I usually like how Asics Nimbus or Kayano's fit my foot--I'm an endurance runner and have used Asics for 7 plus years. I thought I would love this pair, however, I realized when I ran over 7-10 miles, the tongue of the shoe slips down under the laces, which is very uncomfortable!! I was recently in a marathon and I had to keep stopping to readjust the tongue (pull it back out). Finally I gave up, resulting in discomfort and a bruise from the laces, after the race. I was very disappointed and hope this doesn't hinder any other runner or exerciser. Works well for crosstraining--comfortable shoe otherwise.

Comment: This is the best running shoe I've ever had. Comfortable, not too high in the heel, light, well-aerated. No blisters, no rubbing, no foot, knee or ankle strain. I tried the Nimbus 10 and was disappointed with the new lacing design which creases and digs in over the big toe. Nimbus 9 is a dream.

Comment: I absolutely love this shoe. The gel cushioning is fantastic and very comfortable. I think they are also very attractive (especially the blue ones).

Just a quick note: If your foot pronates, you might not want to buy this shoe, as I was told that this shoe sacrifices stability for cushioning. I am a beginning runner with a very even footstrike, so the emphasis on cushioning is perfect for me (my previous pair was too rigid).

If your foot is appropriate for this shoe, I would highly recommend it. It is worth every penny.
