Because the HEM-670IT has a wrist cuff, it is particularly helpful if you have a larger than average sized arm. Summary: This will cause your blood pressure to rise!
Comment: I got this BP monitor so I could keep it nearby and use it frequently. It's small and easily hidden. However, this thing will cause your blood pressure to go through the roof. You have to adjust, twist, turn, raise, go left, go right to get your wrist in just the right position that it likes. It would be one thing if it was the same spot and positioning every time. But it's not. It keeps beeping and pointing until you get it where it wants to be. And again, it's a different position every time.

In short, I wasted my money on this.

Comment: I BOUGHT ONE OF THESE LAST YEAR AND IT BROKE AFTER ABOUT SIX MONTHS - DUMMY ME I WENT AND BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE THINKING I HAD JUST GOTTEN A FLUKE - WELL THIS ONE LASTED LESS THAN A WEEK - ALL I GET IS ERROR - WOULDN'T INFLATE EVEN AFTER I PUT IN NEW BATTERIES - THIS WAS SENT BACK FOR A REFUND - WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS GETS GOOD REVIEWS - I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE THAT GOT BAD ONES - LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This Software also works with Omron HJ-720ITC Pocket Pedometer so you can manage both on the same program. I own both and have no complaints, both work great!!
