Comment: Performs as promised. Unfortunately one zipper was broken, so there must have a lack of quality control somewhere in the production/distribution chain. Because this is not an essential flaw, i've not gone through the hassle of returning this item.

Summary: A "vibrator," not a "massager"
Comment: I have two other HoMedics products: the shiatsu chair cushion and the shiatsu pillow. I am pretty happy with those, and I was expecting something similar in the alleged neck massager. All it does is vibrate on two speeds.

Vibration does not equal massage, it just irritates me more. In order to hit the spots I need, I also had to hold down the ends. Other people said this was comfortable to wear while sitting at a desk, but personally I can't imagine doing that.

L'argh.

Comment: A young friend gave me one of these as a Christmas gift. I use it while I am sitting at my PC. It works wonders getting rid of a crick in the neck. The price is low, and it is well worth spending money for one. I would rate it as a Best Buy and highly recommended.

Comment: I purchased this as a Christmass gift for my husband. We both suffer from neck pain at times. I find myself using it several times a week. It's very convenient to place it around your neck sitting in a chair while watching T-V or reading. I would definetly recommend this product.
