Summary: Great Price on a Great Oil
Comment: We use olive oil for almost all of our recipes which call for oil. We, also, pan fry occasionally. This olive oil is perfect for both. You can use Bertolli Classico Olive Oil to pan fry (doesn't smoke alot like some olive oils may do), and the food has a wonderful taste when done this way. We have used BERTOLLI Brand for years and will continue to do so.

Summary: Great Light Olive Oil for baking and cooking
Comment: The only reason why I gave it four stars was that I found it less expensive at Walmart (per ounce). It is a very good quality, light olive oil, better for cooking and baking than the Extra-Virgin Olive oil, which has a heavier taste, in my opinion. I found it very convenient to have it delivered. That is a real plus.
