Comment: This was delicious and a great pick me up snack to stash in my purse, diaper bag and car. I also didn't feel bad eating it as a snack versus say a candy bar or chewy bar.

Comment: I like these bars, I like this brand's fruit and nut bars in general. But I don't like the seeds. It's very seedy. Crunchy little seeds that grate between your teeth. Prefer the chewier banana flavor or the spicier pistachio. Similar to Larabar's cherry pie flavor but more berry and less date-flavored.

If there is one negative it's that the bar is too small and expensive for what you are getting. 2.5 oz would have been perfect size. This would make a great snack for lil ones though.. just not too many though as sugar content is a a little on the high side for a "healthy" snack.
