The Germ Guardian Ultrasonic Table Top Humidifier (H1000) uses nano-silver technology to fight the growth of mold and bacteria from growing in the water tank. When water is vaporized into the room, it is free of bacteria, mold and mildew. Unlike large, bulky humidifiers the Germ Guardian Table Top Humidifier is small and compact. Its space-saving design allows you to place it on a night stand or on your desk without taking up a lot of room. It has cool mist humidification, stands approximately eight inches tall and has a tank capacity of one-half gallon. It has a run time of up to ten hours depending on atmospheric conditions.

Summary: If I had wanted a nightlight, I would have ordered one...
Comment: Very disappointing. The humidifier is so small and gives off such little water that I had to put it next to my bed on the bedside table. It lights up the entire room wiht the blue glow so that I have to sleep with eye pads on in order to not stay awake all night. I don't need a pitch black room, but if I can read a book by the light of my humidifier, it's too bright! I would return it but I threw away the packaging, now I'm just annoyed.

Summary: $50 for 2 months
Comment: A waste of money, period. I'm going to contact the vender to try and get my money back, but we'll see how that goes. I was so happy with this little guy until about a month after purchase. I did weekly cleanings, and no, I didn't touch the little metal part at the bottom, but it slowly came off in bits after rinsing. After every cleaning (and I'm talking warm water and gentle soap) it simply got worse, and now it just doesn't work at all. Look else where if considering a small humidifier.

Summary: Great size, keeps it out of little hands...
Comment: This is great. I needed a humidifier for my toddlers room - but he was getting into the floor models and spilling water everwhere. Now it's up high, works really well and he can't get to it! His nighttime coughing is much better now I can leave the humidifier in his room overnight :)

Comment: sure it's pretty quiet. the blue glow might be too bright depending on where you put it. it's very small, and it lasts way longer than all night on one tank. so it takes *a long time* to get *not that much water* into the air. there is no adjustment; it's either off or on. i'm not convinced it has a significant impact on the humidity of my bedroom.

Comment: This is the 2nd one I have purchased and still love it. I gifted it to my nephew who has excema and using this at night seems to help with this condition. My sister loves not having to purchase replacement filters and the moldy smell in the room is now gone. It also works for 10 hours straight on a refill. It is quiet and I like the light blue glow as it replaces a nightlight. Very happy with this product.
