Summary: Beautiful necklace, poor customer service
Comment: The necklace I received is beautiful, everything the description says and more. However, I did notice several scrathces on two of the black pearls that did not look like 'minor blemishes'. When I responded to the seller's inquiry about the product, their response was that I purchased grade A pearls and it is to be expected to have scratches and imperfections. I felt I was pretty much told to deal with it.
