Directions: Fill the cap to the edge of the inner ring with bath crystals and dissolve them in hot water in a bowl or foot bath. Bathe the feet ankle deep for about 10 minutes. Gently pat dry the feet on a soft towel. Scrub feet with wet pumice stone using medium pressure until skin feels smooth. Rinse stone after use. Apply a thin layer, massage into the feet with slight pressure and regular, circular motions. For especially intensive treatment, just before going to bed, apply foot butter liberally to the feet, then put on a pair of cotton socks and allow the foot butter to penetrate deeply while you sleep.
