Summary: Not Going To Replace What I Already Use
Comment: I saw that this so-called "shower tool" had one part(a soft poof)for your delicates and another part(a tough pad)for your rough parts. It sounds like a great idea, but this thing is just awkward to use. The tough pad part is supposed to be for areas like your feet and elbows, but it really doesn't seem to do much(and it doesn't really seem to lather up hardly at all). The poof part is fine, but just very small. Oh, and you'll constantly be rubbing(i.e. scratching)yourself with the big rubber body of the "tool".

Axe's Shower Tool is a great concept, but the execution is way off.

Summary: Finally a bath tool for the guys!
Comment: The new Axe Detailer is just what is says it is...a "shower tool."
It is a functional bathing tool, but one that the guys won't be embarrassed to put in their shopping cart, even if it is a virtual one.
It maybe for that reason that the packaging on the product looks so...well phallic. But, that is niether here-nor-there, the Detailer is an effective bathing tool, it doesn't miss a thing, a soft mesh side for your general washing and a coarser side for the "dirtier spots" feet and hands and such. When used with the AXE shower gel (or your choice really) the mesh side works up a good lather and the red scrub side is a nice finishing tool. The "handest" bit about the Detailer is the hard rubber that separates the hard and soft sides of the tool, this serves as and effective grip for washing, one you can't get with a simple mesh thingy from a "bath" store. Points radiate out to comfortably hold in the hand, along with a standard loop for post-wash hang-up to dry.

I am unsure of the pricing concerning this product, as it is usually part of a promotional pack, allowing you to get AXE shower gel along with the Detailer, but I would certainly recommend the tool. But, it is hard to shake the strange (possibly less-erotic-than-intended)imagery of the AXE commercial connected with this tool, the one with the woman-driven-man-washer...

Summary: Great tool!
Comment: This was a great scrubber. I have always felt that these sponge scrubbers were kind of girly and for the most part weak. Everyone I have ever purchased simply unraveled. I always felt like I was wasting my money. The Axe scrubber changed my mind. With each one recommended to last 4-6 weeks I can already tell it is made of tougher stuff from the average scrubber. A pack of 4 will last you 6 months, so right off the back it also looks like a good buy.

It has a nice lather, I like to use the rougher side as well. It makes me feel like I am getting extra clean. This is a good product.

Summary: Ergonomic and easy to use
Comment: The axe shower tool is a great way to exfoliate your skin without buying a natural loofah. Natural loofahs seem to work better but are usually hard to hold onto, especially when they're loaded up with soap.

The mesh material used to make it does a good job without being overly rough. The tool itself fits perfectly in my palm and is simple to use (I'm male and have large hands, FYI).

I see this for about 3 bucks each at Target and having used it, would most likely buy it again.

Definitely recommended.
