Comment: Vegan. All natural. Mild & flavorful. Tasty sauce with assorted veggie pieces. Dhaba style. Delicious. Mostly yellow rather than orange in color. Nice long grain basmati rice with cumin. High quality. Convenient when you want an all-in-one Indian ready meal including rice. One large portion or two smaller ones, which could be served with something else. I now normally eat one meal per day to observe ekasanika dhutanga to assist the development of mindfulness meditation, so the whole package was a good single serving for me. Made with onions, carrots, french beans, green peas, cauliflower, tomato paste, green pepper, garlic, ginger, coconut cream, salt, raisins, cashew nuts, spices, rice, sunflower oil, & cumin. Summary: good, but doesn't seem like two servings
Comment: I liked the flavor a lot, but I thought it was a little skimpy for two servings - seemed more like 1 1/2 servings to me. It's also pretty salty. I'm buying it again.
