Comment: This cart is sturdy and easy to use. I have carried at least 150 lbs up and down stairs and have not had any problems with capacity. If there is one downfall to the cart it is the elastic band used to hold the baggage on the cart. Because it can hold a lot of weight the band is kind of loose and there is no good place to hook it, depending on how high the luggage is stacked. This is only a small issue. I love this cart and I do not know what I would do without it.

Comment: When I received the cart I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and features. It is indeed a "heavy duty" luggage cart. The wheels are large enough to pull the cart up stairs and the height allows me to load at least 3 file boxes. There is a neat feature that allows me to depress both of the locking buttons to release and adjust the handle. The foam on the handle is comfortable and allows for a good grip. The price for value is excellent and I am thoroughly satisfied.
